Title: Suporn on the 22nd- advice?

I leave for Thailand in 7 days (17th). Up to this point, I've been using the 2015 Suporn PDF as a guide. I've been overall pretty excited about GCS, but around a week ago I started feeling anxious AF about it. Does anyone have any advice to share? Not necessarily about the anxiety bit, but in general regarding surgery, the flight, aftercare, etc. (anxiety related welcome too).

Congratulations.

I had GCS close to home so I have no information about travel. Others have stated to have a donut for sitting and do not lift your bags and use a weal chair if possible in the airport.

Oh wow! I didn't even realize there was a 2nd edition. When I found it initially the only one I saw was the 1st edition. There's like 50+ pages :D

There's a new bit in there on anxiety.
