Title: Two steps forwards two steps back

So, the gender clinic appointment that I thought to be on the 27th was earlier and of course I missed it.
Now I need to get my gp to write them a letter [emoji37]
Anyways I'm still battling smoking and at this point I may as well be a walking smog cloud!!
But things haven't been all bad, I've been focusing on my mental health which seems to be improving.

Mental health is a pain in the butt lol but treating self today so that will be good.

Just quit, girls don't smoke. Nicotine lowers effects from HRT, has negative effects on your fem voice. And so on and so forth. Use Nicorette patches, full strength for 1-2 months, they work.

First off I'm male (ftm) but you're right I do need to quit smoking. I've bought a nicotine inhaler though. I didn't know smoking effects hrt.
