Aww thank you, you are sweat I don't think that about me at all as I am still at my start. You don't look to bad your self just give it some time. I know it is hard I am not a patient person myself I see every little flaw with myself.

I was on suprefact now I am on Spiro estradiol and progesterone all pills I do thank everyone for the positive comments. It feels good

Yes I did lose 30 pounds also I am still 165 I would like to lose another 15 to 20

I am down 37 lbs myself. I think 175 is going to be the best I can do. I'm super tall, and have a larger frame [emoji17].

Obviously the little magic pills have done their amazing work with your appearance, are they doing as much in your emotional head space and providing comfort and peace of mind ?

I have calmed down lots I dont get as mad at my bosses as I used to now I just get annoyed and hurt I am far more emotional I never cried before now some times it is once a day or more I do have a much better understanding of life and willingness to live through it has gone up I was not in a good mental place before I started HRT. That was my do or Die moment

Yes that is what I am doing I had a hard time I could no longer live like I was knowing what I felt inside
