Title: Who Am I Again? An Answer For All Of Us
Post by: Denni on July 03, 2017, 08:50:05 AM
I am Transgender

I am transgender, I have accepted myself as transgender, I choose to live my life as it is, without the use of HRT, RLE, or GCS. My life is authentic and not biased towards others

I am transgender, I have accepted myself as transgender, I have chose to take HRT to ease my dysphoria, and the ability to align my body and mind as one. I choose to live my life as it is, without RLE, or GCS. My life is authentic and not biased towards others.

I have chose to live my life as the woman I have always wanted to be and now do that on a daily basis without GCS. My life is authentic and not biased towards others

My life is authentic and not biased towards others.

We are all one in this community from the acceptance of who we are, to how we choose to live with that acceptance. One is no more authentic than the other, nor should there be any bias toward others simply because they choose to live their life different than their own. Support each other, help each other, we have all chosen a more difficult path in our life's journey, be there for each other. We will all become better community members by doing it. Hugs

Denni, thank you for reminding me/us of the importance of accepting ourselves and each other for who we are and supporting each other in where they are! Sometimes I feel that my choosing to limit where I am taking my journey that I am not "trans" enough to be real. We all know that this is just head noise. I do know that the affirmation from the brothers and sisters here at Susan's has made it possible to know the real me that was hiding for so many years. Thank you Denni for being one of those heart felt contributors! - Anne

Hi Denni, I'm new here and just about pre-everything. Came out to myself after 50 years of denial and stress, having had "confused' feelings from the age of 5. Just came out to a couple of friends last week and felt such an emotional rush that I'm sure this is the start of a long but necessary road.
Your post was just what I needed to hear and I felt compelled to reply. Thank you so much!
Love and hugs, Jayne xx

Hi Jayne

Welcome to Susan's. I hope you enjoy your time here.

Coming out is one of the most difficult things to do... to be honest with yourself and those around you takes some courage. Sounds like you have made some pretty important steps. Fell free to drop by our Introduction Forum  (https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/board,8.0.html) and introduce yourself

So you are able to get the very best from being here there are a couple of links we give to all our new members
