Ive been able to over the last weeks to fight my genital dysphoria when it happens without any medicine or anything. It only bothers me with like masturbation and sex. It causes me great stress and pain what happens during and that I wish it was not there sexually. I know I have a penis and dont experience dysphoria with my genitals unless it's sexually however.
Ive been able to easily avoid doing anything sexual for almost 3 weeks now and to not experience the pain has been such a relief. I wish I could be sexual, not have the dysphoria happen but I have the wrong parts and so ya this is my only way right now to stop the dysphoria of my genitals during sex and masturbation. While that part sucks, having to feel dysphoria is way worse. Im really much happier now.

Congratulations of your dysphoria being so mild.
Yesterday, a friend invited me to swim in her pool, for health reasons. I told her I used to enjoy swimming when I was young, and that (these days) I prefer to just lay back and float on top of the water. I'm terrified of being seen in a swim suit with even the small bulge I have.
