Title: Dr Oates at Boston Medical Center waiting list

So I had my initial consultation for an orchiectomy this morning. Dr Oates is my kind of guy, right to the point. After we were done with my business I asked him a few questions for the community.
First I asked his position on Orchi before GRS. He has absolutely no problem with it. Says it saves him ten minutes on the surgery if it's already been done. He stressed the elasticity of the tissues involved, which of course we're familiar with.
Next question was what are your wait times? Orchi will be a couple weeks (my timer starts after I get letters to his office).
Then the big one, GRS. He is currently booked through February 2018. They are selecting patients for March/April now, based on who is ready (letters, hair removal, etc). All surgeries are performed on Fridays, which I found very helpful to know.
Hugs, Devlyn

I think the program is still ramping up to full capacity. I'm not one to be ->-bleeped-<- spotting, but I saw two women I'm pretty sure were there for the same reason as I was today. :) Business seems to be going well.

Congrats Devlyn, It won't help you not be a funny sounding citified ruffian but it will make you happier. Did you ask if it will make your voice higher or will you need to ride in an elevator to accomplish that?
