I work with this tosser who thinks It's hilarious to say "ain't you done that yet?" Several times a day when he himself just walks around with his hands in his pockets.
He did it three times already today like It's the height of hilarity.
Enough was enough, I shouted at him, told him that it really pisses me off and that he's doing sod all, as usual.
Okay, so far, so man.
Pre-hormones I would still be react the same when pushed but would hold a permanent grudge and be shaking from the confrontation.
Now i feel so different.
I feel like crying. What the hell? This is so far from normal, well pre-E normal.
Is this what ive got to come?

Hi MissKairi,
Hormones with T sufficiently in its place will let you more in touch with your feelings and yes tears come with it. I find myself sometimes getting emotional at things like commercials, let along real issues.

Dear Miss Kairi, I'm also much more sensitive, as you. But since starting HRT, I don't remember having an anger explosion. I'm much calmer and more diplomatic. If I were confronted with the same situation as you, I'd probably pull the coworker apart and very calmly but firmly explain that I'd like him to stop with his funless jokes. Hugs, Sarah

My loss of anger was probably my greatest immediate emotional relief...I could keep way cooler about stuff and as time has progressed and I hit about 15 or so months HRT I have noticed how far less angry I am and how much more time I spend in a heightened emotional state of one kind or another. Sometimes its happiness and others are more serious. But all of it better than the anger and that underlying sense of wrongness that is now beginning to leave me.
