Title: WLW Vaginoplasty

Hey all!
Ok so I've been very closely interested in a Dr Chettawut vaginoplasty for a long long time now, however I am just considering my options, as especially as a very young, working age person, I don't want to be stuck in a bed for tooo long (if i can help it!), so I have thought of a vaginoplasty without a vaginal cavity. I know other surgeons (such as Dr Brassard) offer this as a separate surgery.
Being only sexually involved with people without penises, for a number of reasons, my main concerns are function (lubrication but mainly sensation), and only somewhat form. Depth is literally irrelevant to me, so i am wondering if it would be better for recovery (no dilation and less finicky) to avoid having a cavity created at all. I recently read the late 2016 thread about this, however I am also wondering whether anyone has any kind of recent results images of Chettawut, with or without a cavity.
I am not very keen on the idea of a penile inversion surgery, despite options being available in my city (Sydney, Australia), however if Chettawut's speciality is often said to be depth, and that is the least important factor for me, whether some rearrangements would need to be made.
Thank you in advance!
Rosie

In Australia I'd suggest you look at Dr Andy Ives in Melbourne. You'll find some positive reviews of him around.
I think its Suporn who's know for depth (and long recovery) rather than Chettawut.

Hi Rosie
Welcome to Susan's. I hope you enjoy your time here.
I am seeing Dr Ives in Melbourne next month and out of country surgeons are not a medical option for me. I too have had the same thought about why have the full surgery if I think I have no use for it, however having said that IMHO in the end it will be about what makes me feel complete and as long as it meets your needs then that's about all that counts.
So you are able to get the very best from being at Susan's here are a couple of links we give to all our new members

I've definitely heard some good things, however I am pretty concerned about a lack of results/gallery both on his website and further abroad. Do you have anywhere you might point me to some images? Just because of how new he is and how basic the online literature is. Thank you so much for the reply!

I'm pretty sure you won't find any online photo's of Dr Ives work. I hear he has some if you have a consult with him. You can find some posts from women who've been to him though.
If you want to see results from other surgeons, including Dr Chettawut, search for this "A collection of links to photos of SRS results".
You can also find a number of posts from people considering or who have had a cosmetic SRS. There's also some who've regretted doing it. Personally I'd never consider it.
