Title: FFS (mainly forehead and nose) options for Europe or Thailand?

I am living in Turkey and while there are good rhinoplasty surgeons here I don't know of any who do forehead feminization work. I kinda don't want to travel 14 or more hours to US or South America. Maybe 9 hours to Thailand at most :)
What are some good options for me? I want a feminine and natural forehead and nose with least risk of complications.
I have a consultation date with Facial Team in October and considering their waiting time I don't know if I want to wait until summer for this. They are also more expensive than some places but it might be worth it. I like their forehead work and they give off a good vibe.
PAI in Thailand is more affordable with a shorter wait time and I had good experience with them for my SRS and trach shave but they only do type 1. How do I know if that's good for my case? I also only saw a few photos of their work.
Any opinions on Bart van de Ven in Belgium? I think he is also affordable with a short waiting list, has a lot of photos on his site but I have seen a few horror stories too.
Anyone else I can consider?

Hi Freya,
I think that facial team, Rosi and MDM are the best option for forehead reconstruction (type 3) and PAI is very good option for type 1 forehead. What you need really depends on your individual circumstances and what you want to achieve. I believe that type 2 forehead can be even better sometimes if you don't have a big brow bossing. Maybe posting pictures will help us decide what kind of forehead work you need. You also asked about Bart and I personally don't like his work. It doesn't look natural to me

Hi :)
MDM is Di Maggio in Argentina right? Argentina is very far but I will look into him anyway. Who is rosi?
I will probably post photos later if you can tell from photos.
My mother thinks the same way about Bart's work. I like some of his results but some look unnatural to me as well.
Edit: do you mean Javier Luis Rossi (also from Argentina)?

Also, Dr Chettawut and Suporn both do type 3 forehead reconstruction. I believe they both deliver good results. Maybe looking into them as a Thai option

I think Suporn is about to retire? I will look into Chett but after reading some stories here I don't know if I should trust him. :-\

I decided against asian surgeons, because the results where going from "not bad" to "good" but for me as a european to much "asian style"... And yes... Suporn retires at the end of 2019. And Chett is strong in GCS, but face...
And after I have met patient from di Maggio, Z. and FT which are are planning to redo or had redone their FFS with amother surgeon for me the decision was clear...

After researching more, I think I'll just go with Facial Team. As long as my consultation goes well and they give a reasonable price, I'll be willing to wait more if needed.
Sorry I am not sure if I understand right, are these patients unsatisfied with MDM/Z/FT and where are they having revision? Or they first had surgery elsewhere and having revisions with MDM/Z/FT?

I would consider the Argentinean doctors as well if I were you because they offer very good results and I think their prices are more acceptable.

PAI does only type 1 because there can be a great deal of complications from 2 and 3. Chett has had some major problems in the past with this surgery. The brow cartledge can be easily removed and the bone shaved, however the bone tends to not be very thick and bone reconstruction and use of filler is high risk surgery and takes a special skill set. Be careful of your surgeon choice, I dont want to over emphasize the significant increase in risk. Remember many cis females have a slight brow. Try the Korean surgeons, I hear they are good but expensive.

These girls I met where unsatisfied with MDM/Z/FT, because they said, that the results are way to conservative. And to be honest I had same feeling when I was looking at the before photos they showed my.
But I may these where only "special cases"... I don't know.

I did some research on here and other places but I saw more people having problems with them compared to FT. I am not sure if this is the case in general. And 18 hours flight after surgery seems scary.

From what I've read/seen type 1 doesn't usually make enough difference depending on bone thickness and there is risk of piercing the sinus wall. Idk as long as the surgeon is very experienced type 3 surgery makes sense to me.
Korea is too far for me and their aesthetics are different in my opinion.

Oh I see. Yeah I heard that about FT but I like their approach. Maybe if I wanted more lower face work I would've decided differently. :)
