Title: Planned Parenthood hrt answer/ advice needed
Post by: aimlesswanderer on July 31, 2017, 10:16:45 PM
Hi, I'm aimless, and I need advice about getting testosterone from planned parenthood. I'm not the most educated on transition stuff and I'm also a minor so I might sound a little ignorant or something. SO this is my predicament: the nearest pp to me only does MTF HRT (according to their website). Should I ask them about starting hrt for ftms? Should I give up and just go to my gp? Should I have one of my parents ask them about it? thanks in advance

If you are underage, Testosterone will be difficult to get without the agreement of a therapist. Planed parent hood works on informed consent which requires you to be of legal age. As for the rest of it, I just responded to a thread here (https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,226641.new/topicseen.html#new). It would help if you stayed with the same thread.
