Title: Waah! I'm not even an AA
Post by: KathyLauren on August 04, 2017, 03:17:57 PM
Up until now, I have been wearing padded sports bras that are sized small-medium-large, because I figured that there was no point in getting a bra in a size I would grow out of quickly.  But I have come to the realization that the girls have stopped growing.  I may as well commit to a numbered size for a while.

So I went to a lingerie store, hoping to get properly fitted.  Well, it turns out that I can't even fill a 38AA!   :icon_sadblinky:  I tried on several, and there was more air in the cup than boob.  I came home with a "medium" that has a little room to grow (yeah, right!  ::) ) but will at least hold its shape.

Boo-hoo!

You have my permission to smack her Kathy.

I cannot quite fill an A cup properly, but like the way they look anyway. Does that help?

Hush Dev or I'll find you with a stick.

FWIW, three years of supplements got me to a 36B. They looked stuck more than once during that time, so I wouldn't give up hope yet. And stick 'em out! Like shields against Laurie and her sticks.

Thanks, ladies.  ::)  Yes, I am working on my posture.  Shoulders back, chest out, stomach in.  Sounds like my old drill instructor!

I'd be happy with an A.  Hell, at this point, I'd be happy with a AA.  It helps a bit that a good cis-female friend of mine has a flatter chest than I do, but it doesn't help much.

Ha - I have the same help! It actually helps... until I get adventurous and try a B cup bra, they are quite lost in space

In the meantime I reverted to bralettes. Much better choice.

And yes, I stick them out proudly!!!

Although I nicely fill a non-padded B cup (with a padded bra it's not so easy to say, but if there's space left, there's not much of it as I don't feel them floating around), when I am next to my wife (D cup) I almost seem to have flat chest! [emoji23] On the other hand, my wife has been a little jealous of my small breasts as she finds hers annoyingly large. One woman's misfortune is another woman's fortune!

My goodness I feel lucky!  After a year on hormones I can almost fill a Victoria's Secret 38B push up bra.  I look good enough in one to wear it with a V neck or U neck top.  The stars have to be in alignment for it to work, so I am praying for just a little bit more from the hormones.  Otherwise it's time to call a plastic surgeon about a pair of fun bags.

We always desire what we don't have - straight vs curly hair, Large chest vs small, light complexion vs dark...

I'm with you kinda stuck at a small A.  I've been wearing 34 or 36 B's with an air-gap or a padded sports bra for months.  I wonder how many CIS girls are doing the same.

Yeah, mine are still inching forward but stuck in the a's still too. I've got a closet full of bras I'm growing into but these two have been awesome. Especially the leading lady. It's really an A cup and designed not to fold over it you can't quite fill it. The glamorize is awesome, but adds about a cup which can be good or bad. You can find them at other stores too, but I like the service with JCP. They are pretty true to size too. I'm a 44 band and mine are both 44 and are very comfy.

Sometimes the fat gets redistributed to your under arm area and a little on the back, as well as to the breast. There is a solution to that,  -- surgery -- it's possible to move the fat tissue from those areas to create a more full breast. Then there are supplements, which we will not discuss. I'm ok where I am with A+ since I'm not in a position professionally to fully reveal myself. To some degree, I'm still in my "bird cage" ... but, my goal is at least a solid B cup. I'm not seeing much more growth, so when I'm ready I may need to consider other options.

Fifteen years ago, when I went through menopause I woke up one morning and my breasts had hardened, pulling almost flat against my body. I looked up the symptoms online and found that sometimes happens during hormonal shifts in menopause, that it was harmless, and usually reversed on its own years after menopause.

I didn't know I was partially transmale at the time, and was surprised to find myself delighted and relieved. No more jiggling when I ran or rode horses, or my breasts blocking my throwing arm.

I simply stuffed my old bras with folded socks and went on my merry way.

Stick em out? if i tried that mine would disaapier.

I was using breast forms, untill the dog bit the nipple off of one, and my nips became swore. I decided the cost of new forms wasn't worth it, to just have nips be in pain.

I do have a a cup bra that i dont fill. its padded and the hips help it retain its shape a bit. Bit at home im meh, aint going to bother putting one on, its a hassle. And my bodycon tops help with my silhouette..

Yeah no bubs for me.

"stick em out" indeed. You may aswell ask me to remove mine with that. Im just happy they bounce a bit without support. and that i know what little i have wont fall off

See? The grass is not always greener on the large their side.
To me, my C-cup breasts look small, but they do not get in the way, or weigh me down. Surprisingly, many cis women wear padded bras. There seem to be more of the padded ones for sale in stores, than the non-padded ones. At least that point may make some feel better about their smaller assets.

That's sucks Kathy, I too am pretty much in the same boat.
I have two bras that fit, like double AAs they are probably even smaller than that.
I hope I can manage to get atleast an A, I would be totally happy with a B.

I do have ONE padded black bra that I bought just because it was really beautiful, but I much prefer using non-padded bras because I feel that the breast contour is much more natural, they jiggle when I move (and I love jiggle), they remain much more sensitive to touch (I love it when I'm writing and my forearm "accidentally" strokes my breast) and I love the see through of lace...

Unfortunately, as you say, for some reason they're are difficult to come by in most fashion stores. [emoji53]

From the girls locker room, told to me by an ex-g/f:
"The bigger the better. The tighter the sweater. The boys depend on us"

My wife just says, Be proud, that's what they are there for... except when I'm in guy mode and then comments come like how I should change my top because my tits are showing..... Yes Momm

One thing you might want to consider Laurie is a bra like the Victoria Secret's add a cup series. I love mine  ;D They work well because my girls are a bit Wall-Eyed and I have a bit of a barrel chest.  Measuring is impossible. If you move the tape an inch up or down you get a 2" difference! If you go by the classic Under, Across, and just Above I can be a D cup  :o. An upside down one  :o

So bras that push in and up work great enhancing what I have. A little added padding in the proper places also helps.

Mine was all Guess work... I put on a B cup the other day, there was certainly no extra room, I tried a c-cup underwire but the band was a bit tight so it was hard to tell. So I think I might need to grow into them a bit....I hope I will be able to do justice with a C...do I pad ...hell yeah!!! Amazing what a couple of padded cups will do for a girls confidence!!

For me it's my gell inserts. They are sort of half moon shaped and do wonders for me. Especially back when I was mostly and AA to an A. They are still great for "Special Occasions"  ;D

I have seen those before and wonder how useful they were, sounds like I should give them a go  ;)

Kathy!

Don't give up hope sister!!!... Over the last 3.5+ years on HRT, I had several times when I thought that they were as big as they were going to get... Only go have another sore and itchy boobies growth spurt.... I've been in one for the last month and a half.... By the tape measure I'm a 32 D now but usually find 34 C more comfortable in VS sizing.

Onward we grow!!!

Ashley :)

I have been wearing a "simple" bra lately just for comfort. I can get them pretty cheap. It's a Bali103J LG. I would wear med but large is so comfy. No connectors, no underwire, just slide it over. Stretchy. Basic. Can get in colors. I have white and nude...

Joanne,

Thank you for the idea. VS is useless to me as are more fashion bra stores. They really have nice bras... for the smaller sized girls. I might possibly be able to squeeze into a 38 band but I would hate to spend those prices for a bra that doesn't fit right. Beside I'm cheap. I have bought several push up and padded bras and everyone that I haven't thrown out are just taking up space in a drawer.
I have 2 cheap soft cup bras and one soft cup underwire bra that almost fit. Both are A cup, they are the ones I wear.

Hugs,
   Laurie

I really am not a fanat allof this company, but Walmart has some good cheap bras for smaller cup sizes. It's the only thing I buy there.

Yup..wally world makes some pretty decent supportive bras. And the don't break the bank. I got a drawer of expensive fancy ones and I always grab one of my cheapy wally world  ones.
