For those who started HRT at 24 years old, what changes did you notice in your first year? I'm 3 months in and other than slight breast growth and slight fat redistribution. I haven't noticed much else. I think slight fat on my hips or hip growth or something along those lines is occurring but it's very hard to really measure. But it feels off when I put my hands on my hips or look in the mirror.

I'm 24. I noticed baby hairs along my hairline, especially in the corners. My face is rounder now, cheeks bigger. More fat around my hips, my pants are much tighter now. I think it's about an inch or two bigger. A colleague told me my butt is a bit bigger now too. Then there's the breast growth, my nipples are still sore and have been ever since I started HRT basically. It can get worse at different times but usually it's pretty constant. As I'm not socially transitioned, I wear a chest binder to keep it flat when I leave the house, but they're not big enough for me to need a bra or anything. It's mainly my nipples.. they are always pointing forward, and they're bigger now. Probably double the size they used to be, including areola.
Hope that helps.
Also, these changes took a very long time.. I didn't even notice anything until after a year. I'm very slim naturally, so I doubt my hips and breasts will get big. Your mileage may vary!
