Title: Top Surgeons in Connecticut - Recommendations?

I'm 10 and a half months on T, and currently interested in finding a surgeon to do my top surgery.  I live in Connecticut currently.  Is there anyone familiar with any surgeons here? 

I don't want to have to be on a NYC/Conn train a few hours or even a few days post-op, so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
