Susan's Place Transgender Resources

I'm 21 and trans(mtf). I like video games and general geek culture stuff. I'm on here in hopes of meeting some people that can actually relate to what I'm going through. Don't get me wrong I have a good best friend and a wonderful girlfriend, but no one really knows what this is like unless they live it.

Yes someone who plays Xbox for once.
I'm a big BF4 fan.
I never bothered with new old style game, I hate oldstyle FPS they suck :@

I haven't played bf4 in awhile. My friend just bought me premium for bf1 so we've been playing that.

I love it's graphics but I have always hated them retro style games.
I hope they make bf5 in modern era.
BF4 is where I spend my time most days. Some halo from time to time, and Destiny was a big deal when everyone played

I'm a big history nerd so I really enjoy it. I used to play a lot of halo but not so much anymore. I actually met my girlfriend on halo 3.

It can be a bumpy ride, but if you keep the head calm and chill, and take things as they come. You will be fine

That probably depends where you live tbh.
Everyone will tell you go see a psych.
For me I knew exactly what I wanted and baisicly went the informed consent route.
Was on HRT in a few months

That sounds amazing honestly. But I live in the bible belt and my mom wants me to get Christian help. And well I live with her so..

Yeah that does sound like the typical awkward Christian start.
Im from Ireland but live in Switzerland, (half Irish half Swiss by blood) and here my uncle had me go to one of those Christian help guys. I agreed anyway cause I'm so passive anyway, but it was super chill, and actually it was good just to talk. Course I was already on HRT when the wanted me to go.

Yeah, just you tell him before you start, that you don't want biased prejudice.
And you stand by how you feel.
Best advice at the start is grow your hair, look after your skin, eat well. Maybe try bump up phytoestrogens, through greens.
Keep owning noobs online too

I didn't know anything about the greens. I am growing my hair out but it takes sooo long. And I will definitely stay on top of the noob thing lol.

I'm a bit older than you and Rachael but I do still play games,  World of Warcraft being my addiction on my desktop so I can't relate both of your xbox  preferences. But I can relate to making friends online through gaming as I have several. Some of them I've visited and stayed with at their homes, It was just like visiting someone you've known in person for many years.
  You can make those connections here in Susan's place too. I know this from personal experience and again have met several of my friends IRL and hope to meet many more. Susan's is  also a wonderful place for support and advice as well as sharing what is going on with you as you join in and share what others are experiencing. We help each other as we can.
