Hello everyone, I'm Emma.
Well for most people i am someone else, and that is my problem...
I'd love to come out to everyone but i am pretty afraid... I wish to get HRT but I have a lot of bad experience with therapists...
I came out to basically all of my close friends after i knew that they would support me... at my school are a lot of homo-/transphobic people...
My point? I am clueless, i don't know, what i should do...
I'm sorry for this... kind of Venting, but I'd be glad if someone could give some kind of advice on how to solve this problem...

Hi, Emma.
HRT meds are by prescription, so you at least need to see a doctor to get the prescription. I would recommend going to a gender therapist first, though. I am sorry that you have had bad experiences with therapists in the past, but not all of them are bad. In particular, a gender therapist has specialized training specifically to help transgender people. They can help you sort out where you are on the spectrum and what kind of full or partial transition you might want.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try to find a Gender therapist in my Area. I hope I'll be able to be myself one day...

Hi Emma,
I would just like to say good luck as you go through the process of coming out. It certainly takes a large amount of courage. I hope that you find nothing but acceptance from the people that you choose to share your true self with.
Personally, I still haven't come out and I'm anxiously waiting to restart HRT.
I wish nothing but the best for you Emma.
