About 15 minutes after taking my E in the morning,  I feel nauseas for about 20 minutes. Has anyone else had this? X

It is the oestrogen that makes you feel nauseous.

Here is a link and how to maybe alleviate it.

I guessed it was akin to 'morning sickness',  thank you Cindy [emoji4]. X

I noticed I started getting nausea when I reduced my progesterone dose and estrogen effects probably became more potent.

I had nausea for a few months when I first started hrt.  My Dr recently double my estrogen dose and I am having those symptoms again.  The best thing that helps me is not to go too long without eating.  If I wait until my stomach is growling and I'm starving then I'm already retching.

Eating makes my nausea worse. Best for me is NOT to eat until I feel better.

It's normal. I take injections and I typically get some low grade nausea for a few hours after my shot.

Same thing that causes the "morning sickness". I assume in time you'll become immune.
