Does anyone have experience with this will it go away? I have no idea what to do now

I'm 4.5 mo post and I still have enough discharge that I wear panty liners, changing them 2-3 times a day depending on activity. I wouldn't put the color as grey at all, but slightly green tint for sure.
It's principally coming from the granulation tissue which is now down to just one area, the other granulation was in a place that it was worn away in one long bicycle ride and no discharge there since.
The volume of discharge has reduced steadily but up to week 7 there was like 10x more, so that I was changing maxipads 4-5 times a day and only wearing hospital mesh underwear because it would still overflow. That stopped when I she'd the old epidermis, also my scent became nice after that.
If your scent is OK then I think it's just the healing process. I also introduced lactobacillus in the form of probiotics early on in the healing process, adding it to the occasional 10% vinagre douche.

I wore pads until 6 months and could dilate 1/day. I did not have green discharge. Maybe it is the lube you are using.

I'm almost 5 months post and discharge is slightly pinkish. Seems to happen more if dilation doesnt go well, or periods when dilation are painful. Ive kind of gotten use to it.
It used to have a rank smell but I figured out that using soap around the vagina was causing it. Just a jet of warm water is all it needs for cleaning. A detachable shower head with a flexable hose helps a lot.

and since so many other strange things have happened to me (bladder and some abdominal skin sensitivity), I have to say this is not one. At 5 weeks I have very little discharge. . . Pads have little on them when I look. I still change them anyway . . I do have some white discharge at times but overall there's no bad smells at all . . Apparently the white discharge is not a Yeast infection because there are no other symptoms. . .

One of the best things I did was put a hose attachment on the shower and squirt water up my vagina. I use a clear nutragina soap and first clean the best I can with two fingers and soap. Then I street has the openingwith three fingers followed by a pressure wash.
I never use anything other than soap followed by water. I have an attachment that fits the 1/4 inch hose attachment that is a douche dildo but I do not need it after I have see it two or three times.
