Title: How Do You Determine How Much Your Breasts Weigh?

This is a question I have had for a while. I know cis women can often times obtain the weight of their breasts if they are, say, pendulous and can be "divided" from the body enough to get a reading on a scale. But I was hoping that there is a formulaic way to take measurements (in inches) of height, width and depth of a breast and work the numbers in order to get an approximate weight in pounds. This may have been asked before.
As my breasts grow they get heavier and bouncier thus it's getting real tough to ignore the tugging sensation throughout the day. Anyway, I am guess my breasts weigh about a pound apiece now. I thought there might be a slightly better way than just a guessing game.....

There are numerous charts that estimate breast weight based on band/cup size measurements. Google "breast weight" and look at the images. On one chart, I saw my estimated breast weight, a 40B, at 2.9 lbs for both. Seems a little high to me, though, but I don't think mine are quite as full as mature cis-woman. What sorta surprises me is how much tissue is under the arms.

You might be able to make a pretty good guess but filling your bra cup with rice or beans then measuring the volume in a measuring cup. At 8 oz to a cup for water, you might come out a little on the heavy side as breasts are mostly fat but you shouldn't be off by much.

Thanks. I found this. It's the weight of both breasts (not each) in the chart. So, yes, I am somewhere around 2.9 lbs.

I don't know, but when I got my orchi last week, they said I lost 14 pounds. <Squinting at medical chart> Scratch that, I lost 14 grams.

Shellie,
It's not my intent to come across as dismissive. At the same time, I want to ask a question that might accidentally come across that way. If you don't mind me asking, why do you want to know the weight of your breasts?

I recently went to a surgeon to see about modified top surgery (FtM) and the doc, who has done LOTS of these things, estimated my F-cup boobs weighed just a little more than a pound each. It's not as much as people think. I figured mine were at least 3 pounds. Nope. And mine were considered "dense" by a mammogram tech just a year earlier and required a stronger machine to "see" what was going on inside.

To judge breast growth..... and for simple narcissistic curiosity and vanity. :-\

Butter is largely fat, like breasts. Are your breasts bigger than a box of butter? I'm looking at mine and guessing I have about a pounds worth.
No punchline this time, Anne! ;)

If you really want to know, here is how to weigh them:
1. Fill a bowl completely with water
2. Weigh a backing sheet or oven pan
3. Place the full bowl of water on the oven pan
4. Dip your breasts into the bowl. This will displace water into the pan.
5. Now weigh the pan again and you have the volume of your breasts.
6. Multiply the weight of the water with 0.9 - breast density is about 0.9 kg / liter
Lastly you can convert the kg in whatever unit you want.
