Sorry for being super specific, but I havent got a clue what to do to even begin transitioning as the whole system is a mess and its super blurry especially for such a specific problem like mine, if there are anyone that can help me with figuring out what to do next (ive just seen a therapist), id appreciate it!

As a foreign national on a student visa, you are on your own for medical coverage.  You would have to pay your own way or rely on private insurance coverage.

Your therapist should be able to help you figure out the next steps.  The normal first step in medical transitioning is to get a letter from your therapist recommending you for HRT.  However, many people start presenting in their true gender part-time before starting HRT.

Does your therapist specialize in gender issues?  If not, you may want to seek out someone who does.  A good gender therapist will know all the procedures, and will know what steps to recommend for you, based on your own wants and needs.

Have you taken any steps, however small, towards transitioning.  Such as dressing at home, or under-dressing, for example?
