Title: Testo blocker resistance

I did bloods last week and my testosterone is higher than normal. I am on cyproterone and it seems like it is not working properly. I am getting hard at night down there the last week and it is absolutely driving me insane. I woke up this morning crying and having an anxiety attack because of the fear of turning into a man again. Is it possible that I could build up resistance against cyproterone? I spoke to my endo and she upped the dosage from monday but it seems that the problem is getting worse now.I would rather be dead than turn into a man again. My greatest fear is turning into a man again and having T flood my body. I don't know if vaping can cause this maybe she says it can't.

No, generally, you can't become resistant to cyproterone acetate. I took it myself and never really had an issue with function, so it's not a sign of rising T.
Not all trans women have a loss of function, in fact, I suspect it's less common than reported.. And I'd be very wary in upping my cypro dose, it really is a med where the absolute lowest dose is best.

Cyproterone acetate also BLOCKS androgens, so that even if levels are somewhat high, some of it can't bind receptors as they are occupied by cyproterone acetate. Blood tests can't tell you how much is blocked and this is why they are unreliable. With even low T post-op, below female range, I had clitoral erections, would orgasm during my sleep, etc.
High doses of CPA can increase health risks like prolactinoma (vision problems, headaches), meningioma, liver injury, lead to depression/anxiety and cause extreme fatigue.
Did you measure your bio-available and free testosterone? These would be slightly more reliable.
