When too start wearing a bra? I have noticed some bounce and nipples get really hard sometimes and stick out. Still really small in the cup size area. And has anyone been swollen down below your stomach? Thank you for any advice.

Hi and welcome. I started wearing mine when they got tender and walking down stairs started to feel uncomfortable without any support. It's quite a personal choice really,  no set time. X

It depends what I wear and what the plan for the day is. In the US it is generally not well received to show nipples through clothing, so going out wearing anything besides a hoodie makes me uncomfortable. (I know, the US is quite strange about this)

I pretty much started once they had reached an A cup. It also gives them better definition and visibility. Padding gives a bit of extra protection too and it reduces bouncing.  Usually around Dinner time I am like many cis women: bra comes off. I found a way to take off the bra without taking off the top or even sweater...

Having a small cup size with a large chest does not help, I am mostly wearing bralettes. They seem to adjust well to smaller cups.

Swelling below the stomach is now really an exception. Guess HRT does work...

I guess it's sort of a personal choice. I'm a 34B and don't worry about wearing a bra unless I want my boobs to look nice in a tight shirt.

eBay, I have 8 of these in med. I'm a b cup 42 chest! It does not ride up and just to me feels like nothing! Keeps the twins in check still shows a little nipple but that's fine! Take a week or less to get them! Probably fits in medium from 36-42 a-c cup!

I started wearing a bra a couple of weeks after I started HRT, when my nipples were beginning to feel very tender.  I used a sports bra for comfort under shirts when exercising, and for concealment when I was out in public, before I went full-time.

Now I wear a bra to make my nipples less obvious under a T-shirt, and for vanity when out in public.  Now it's a padded bra to bring my less-than-AA boobs up to a semi-respectable A.  I know that there are cis-women with smaller boobs than mine, but I need some figure to look more plausibly female.

I never wear a bra outside the house. I would like to wear one, though, since I have pretty large and noticeable breasts (depending on the shirt). I am getting a little pendulous now so I probably should. I feel them bouncing all day. I just hope they don't grow much more, so I don't have to start worrying so much about needing a bra during the day. Oh well... :P

I see no reason not to wear a sports bra if your boobs are bouncing. Even if presenting as male and discovered, just admit you don't like them bouncing, end of story

Push-up bra - that would be another tale though

If I grow another cup size over the winter I will definitely make some changes. I have to admit I enjoy the bouncing and tugging all day. It's a sexy, girly feeling that I always dreamed of for years. It's a constant reminder of what I am becoming. Nice. We'll see..... :-\

Not for me, most of my bras are lacy plunge brassieres and I wear one all the time!
