Title: new and confused
Post by: Gozer on February 06, 2006, 11:08:27 PM
Hi there everyone.  Im sorry if i seem timid or untalkative, I don't mean to be.  This is an aspect of myself that has never ever conversed with the the public, or much of anyone for that matter.  So I really don't know where to start...  I'm 6'3", I love aikido, and my body does not match my spirit.  It's been this way since childhood, though this time feelings/demons can't be buried this time.  And it looks like fate is getting ready to usher in another paradigm shift for me .  Ces't la vive.
Anyway on a positive note:  I believe we have full control to design ourselves and our environments to ANY specifications, the world is always larger that we think it is, and hot pepppermint tea may be, quite possibly, the best beverage on earth.

If you've read this then thankyou (I was told to find some support) And If there's anything i can do for you please ask.

Hot peppermint tea may be the most vile substance on earth, but that's ok, we're here to explore each other's views.

Don't be shy, do contribute. And I'm SO jealous of your height :)

Hi Gozer,

Welcome to Susan's. I don't know who told you to find some support, but apparently you don't do anything half way because you have come to a hotbed of support. It's one of the things we do best around here. You will find lots of friendly folk here full of advice, information and always willing to offer support. There is lots of good information in the Wiki so be sure to visit that. We have the best Wiki administrator anywhere. I'm sure she'll be along to say hi. There are lots of threads with peoples stories which many you will find are just like yours. Don't be afraid to join in or start your own topics. The moderators are here to help so don't be afraid to ask us a question if you need to. So fix yourself a cup of tea or other relaxing beverage, sit down, take your shoes off and set a spell.

Good Journey,

Cassie

Hi there Gozer, they say the same thing about green tea and I can just handle that as it tastes like you know what. As for pepppermint tea, I am already on Spiro so thats enough peppermint for me. Good to have you along.

Sara.

Hello Goser,

Welcome to Susan's. Share what you can when you are able. Read all there is here to offer you some starting place as to getting used to yourself and it's many dimensions. If you have questions or thought you'd like to kick around that's great too.

I'll be looking for more from you in the future,

Smiles,
Peggiann

Greetings and welcome Gozer (=

I hope you'll find this to be a friendly, supportive and informative place.

I think you will find there are truly few demons who live inside. Most of what ails us we do ourselves, and can just as easily undo, given time and understanding. (which is one of the many reasons a therapist is so important to a lot of us, I think.)

While you are certainly under no obligation to be talkative I hope you choose to comment on items that catch your fancy.

Hi, Gozer and Welcome!

The guys and gals on this site will give you more support than a titanium brastrap.  And you'll get comfortable sharing yourself in no time because it's such a safe place.  Even when you get stern advice it'll be done nicely!

Have fun with the site, read on and, when you feel like it, jump in and tell us what you think.  I'll be looking forward to hearing from you.

so, again, WELCOME!

Gozer,

Welcome to Susans!  If there is anyplace in this world more accepting and understanding, I have yet to hear of it.  If you are looking for people to walk with you on your journey of discovery, you have found a home here.

Hi Gozer,
Yes my my spirit does not match my body either.
Inside i'm a young female but outside i'm a old hairy male.
It's only been a half year but she is slowly changing me and even the way I look.
Will be watching for more of your postings.

Greets!   ;D

Aikido?  I have had just a taste of that in the past.  One of the schools I trained at used to bring in other instructors or black belts to expose us to the different styles out there, which has been pretty unique and a lot of fun.  :)

Welcome to the board.

Welcome.  I am a fan of chamomile tea myself.  If you are ever in the area of Boulder, CO, you need to visit the Celestial Seasonings plant.  The experience of the peppermint room is worth the trip.   :)

Hello there Gozer,
Welcome to Susans. A nice and warm place for all of us, in a cold and thoughtless world. Glad to meet u. And I prefer just sweet tea myself.
