Hello, I am one year 4 days post-op. I had some questions about my vagina and was hoping I could get some answers.

I had a micro penis and very little scrotal tissue with little vascular support. Dr. McGinn was my surgeon and inspected my genitals 5 times before GCS and tomorrow will be my 13th visit post-op. I have vagioplasty and a clitoral hood made 3 months after surgery. Tomorrow the bottom of my vagina will be closed up. I had no penile shaft tissue and as such have no labial minora between my clitoris and vaginal canal. Also, it is not pink inside, just flesh color.

Question one
Have you had genital tattooing to make the vagina look more cis like (especially where the labia minora would have been in mine)? How much did it hurt? Did they use numbing?

I had no length of my penis (0.75 inches). I do not know what a post op vagina is supposed to look like. My clitoris is where my penis shaft was and my urethra is where it was pre-op. The whole glands penis was used for my citreous.

Question two
Is that correct or is it different than post op vaginas.

Hopefully tomorrow I will have the bottom of my vagina closed off and it looks good.

   McGinn routinely doesn't do labiaplasty with original surgery. It is not just you. You might google labiaplasty to find before  and after pictures of what others look  like.  As for color, mine is pink inside. Well, now I have a lot of scar tissue so not sure what the final look will be when the scar tissue is done. Can't seem to get an answer on what the scar tissue will do. Good luck tomorrow. Guess we both go under knife tomorrow.

I just took a look at pics of labiaplasty. I guess I am pretty close. The urethra is high but that is ok.
