Hi everyone,
I'm new to this and I am not too sure what to do. I am biologically male but I think I might be trans. I have a lot of female inclinations. What should I do?

Work out who you are. Im doing this.now. if you think you might be chances are that you dont think your 100% male but it doesnt mean that you want to become 100% female either. Say goodbye to your sanity as this messes with your head ;D

Welcome to Susan's Place. Our normal advice would be to see a gender therapist. They are trained to help you uncover your feelings about this and determine the best solution for you. Until you do that, I have a couple of links that might prove useful. The first one is our WIKI (https://www.susans.org/wiki/Transgender) where you will learn what transgender is. We don't all have the same feelings or goals but we all feel a common discomfort with our birth gender. The second link is "the transition channel" (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfO3B57E6NpIn-KsVjvmLLw) where you will be able to review a series of ideas that may help you understand your feelings better. If you have additional questions feel free to ask and somebody will attempt to answer them.

Also don't think that you can put it back in a box and forget about it. Gender dysphoria just seems to grow and eventually dominated my life. Best to investigate this, understand and accept your identity sooner rather than later. If you are in a serious relationship and career there may be complexity but many of us are taking this journey and it isn't as scary as it first appeared to be. Similarly don't assume that you need to settle on a binary identity or that a full transition will be required .. it is your journey and your destination and non binary and binary identities are equally valid.

I'm 19 right now and I'm in college. I'm not working and I don't have a girlfriend but I have super conservative parents. They stopped going to church a while ago but are still judgmental towards LGBT people

Possibly your College offers a therapist as part of the student health services. If your parents are unlikely to help you with the transition, then you should consider a degree that you enjoy and pays well as it appears the cost of your transition may become your responsibility.

If you can without impairing your grades or progress toward a degree, get a part time job and start saving money. Unless your parents magically decide to foot the bill for everything, then you are going to have to do this on your own money. And even if your health insurance covers therapy, hormones and gender confirmation surgery, gender transition is still very expensive. Just being a girl is expensive in terms of clothing, shoes, makeup, jewelry and accessories (like handbags). If you need face feminization surgery, voice feminization surgery, breast augmentation or body contouring, then things are going to get really expensive.
I know one transitioner who added up the cost of everything. Even though she had health insurance, she spent over $100,000.00.
Because you are young, you may not need any surgery— but even if you don't and have good health insurance, this is still the kind of thing where every time you turn around, you need to spend $100 or $300 to pay for something. The time to prepare for that is now.
