Any experience with this? I'm so use to not having to workout but I think I may start needing to.
Need a bit of strength for work and such - being strong is usfull and I'm not so worried about having visible muscle. ???

Yes. You can easily keep or increase your strength although you may lose some mass, depending on how much you have now. I have been powerlifting along with running about 20 miles per week and body weight exercises for about the past six months. Before that I had done nothing strength oriented for nearly four years and was getting kind of weak. My testosterone has also been below the detectable level for around 18 months. Despite that, I have built some decent strength quickly with 255 lb back squat, 330 lb deadlift, and 145 lb bench at a body weight of 175. The bench is lagging because I started it a couple of months after the others but it's moving up steadily. My mass/size gain has been minimal.
So building strength on HRT is easily possible but it takes some work, just like without HRT.
