Title: Hello from Liz
Post by: liz bren on December 20, 2017, 07:37:56 PM
Hello I am Liz,am trans and transitioning for a year so far.So far it is going good.First time I knew something was not right with me with my true gender id was when I was 4 years old.Being born 2nd of triplet brothers,I knew I was really a girl from the inside.Through the years I held on to this and was haunting me for a long time.It was finally in November of 2015 I decided it was time to come out about it.My life was falling apart and my family saw it.But they were concerned about me too.I was a little teary coming out reading the letter feeling I was this way all my life.My parents and two brothers were shocked hearing this, they learned I was through lot of pain through the years feeling this way at first. Now they understand and adjusting to the changes very well an unhappy son is going to become a new daughter also sister with a new lease on life.I love my new life so far and had the FFS and breast augmentation in March.I was put on the pill form for my HRT until I had a blood clot in January of this year and had to be taken off of that. Now on a patch form of it.Biggest thing is I have kept my head up high and look towards to the future.

Hi Liz,

I'm Laurie. MtF also and it took me 64 years to figure out I was trans. So I've only been at this a year. Please let me say, Welcome To Susan's Place! Come on in and take a good look around. The door is open I see, probably left open  by that Devyln. I swear she was born in a barn. Anyway come on in and make yourself comfortable. I'll add some links and information below that can help you get more out of our site. Please take time to become familiar with them especially the RED one as we are always getting questions that are answered there.

Hi Liz 🙋‍♀️ Welcome to Susan's.  I'm glad you are ok after your reaction using pill form estradiol.  The patch has been wonderful for me.  I'm glad your here.  Your experience is appreciated.

After an event like that and still have the resolve is testament to your will and strength.  I am envious.  But knowing that this is necessary for yourself in your life makes it an easy choice.
