Hi guys. I have something I've been wondering about. There have been some posts about how estrogen changes and rewires sex drive and orgasm with MtFs. So I am wondering how yours have changed with testosterone.  And is it true testosterone cause the clitoris to enlarge to the size of a small penis?

No experience with the first question but 2nd is true. Looks and works like any other which is neat. But only grows up to like 2 or just over inches long. And stops growing at around the 2 year mark

Growth of my clitoris happened week 1 and it was actually quite uncomfortable. Almost 4 years in and I am sure it is done growing. Considerably larger than before in length and girth. Not the size of a small penis though. My sex drive went through the roof by the first month. The first 2 years was out of control. Sex ruled my life. It has stabilized but I am still constantly horny. Difference is now I can not think about it when doing other things but as soon as I am home and/or free I need a release.

My sex drive was crazy for the first 6 months, never thought it could be like that. Orgasms I find a lot easier to reach now I'm on T, had real trouble pre-T so yeah that's better. Lower growth is a thing but no it doesn't get to be the size of a small penis, unfortunately. For me it was an incredibly uncomfortable and painful experience, especially after I'd get my shot.

Huh, that's weird, you guys say it's uncomfortable while growing? I didn't feel a thing and it's grown plenty in the last year. Then again I never got any feeling when the female parts grew in adolescence either.

Main difference between E and T orgasm is the length, focus and after effects. Sensation lasts less time than on E, is focused more around lower body I guess and seems more intense, and the after effects are that you want to rest and you don't tend to want more. At least that is my observation.

Previously it would have the opposite effect of waking me up and making me feel somewhat unsatisfied and thinking hell, I should just do it again in order to feel more tired... it's the opposite now.

I know my boobs hurt when they were developing but I never thought about your lower growth hurting. I think a sore dick would be worse because that's an area that gets bumped more. Poor guys. I'm sorry it was painful for a lot of you. I've noticed the lag guys have after orgasm. My boyfriend gets that way. He doesn't usually go to sleep because most times he wants to go again but for 10-15 minutes after the first time he gets quiet and just wants to lie there. Then after the second time he usually goes to sleep. He also gets turned on really easy. Sometimes I only need to touch him or say something dirty and he's totally horny. So testosterone does the same stuff to you guys that it does to CIS guys.

  This was an interesting question Julia. I found the answers surprising in the similarity of what I remember before starting hrt and the effect of same, made it a non issue. One difference I had though, was that I don't remember the intensity of release to be all that much nor was I horny "all the time". Now, I think I can count on one hand the times I've even done it since starting hrt and that's in contrast to engaging in self gratification that did become almost an obsession in the couple months prior to starting. Why it became very frequent pastime then, I have no idea. Perhaps my tiny primitive lower brain got an inkling of what was to come and was trying to save it's self.
  So now ,that pleasure is gone and I haven't experienced (nor tried to) the elusive female "O", I have no fun at all. lol Oh well, that's enough of my nonsense.

You should try having an orgasm on hrt. It's much better. I think guys have different sex drives. Before hrt I was kind of a boy whore and hooked up with a lot of guys. I wasn't interested in self gratification because I really didn't want to touch it. Tyler on the other hand was hyper horny when he was 16-17. He was ALWAYS in the bathroom. He never said he was masturbating in there but come on. Why else would he take a playboy in there with him? Lol.  I think the frequency of self pleasuring is just different for different people.

Oh god no! Lol I don't think they would appreciate me sharing personal stuff about them. :D. My dad asked if they had a parents of trans kids group here. I told him no. Technically the SO forum could Include parents but I totally didn't want him on here reading stuff I've written. Some of the stuff I've talked about here would be icky and awkward having my dad read it.

My sex drive has gotten more intense and more easily satisfied since I started taking testosterone. I also get turned on by the slightest thing (and sometimes really quite weird or awkward non-sexual things too).

Before my sex drive was more lingering and I often didn't even know if I was horny or not until I "found out". It was a lot easier for me to reach multiple orgams before T as well, but it's still possible for me to reach occasionally. But other than that I don't think more things have changed about my sex drive. Not due to taking T at least. My frequency of masturbating hasn't really increased though, it's still once/twice a day since I was 9.

Yes, taking T has increased the size of my clit. Not by a huge amount, I admit, but still. It was about 0,5 cm (0,2 inch) before T and then grew to about 2,5 cm (1 inch) and I doubt it will grow more now as I haven't noticed any more such changes for the past 2-ish years now. (Been on T for 4,5 years). Mine does look and feel very similar to a penis, but yeah albeit a very small one. I like it regardless, though.

It was kind of uncomfortable in the beginning of it growing due to clothes chafing against the tip of it extending further and not being protected by the labia anymore. But eventually I didn't notice the chafing much. I still do sometimes but not enough for it to bother me.
