i wasn't sure where to post this, maybe this isn't the right place, but i figured i'd try.
i was wondering if any of you have any experience or thoughts on getting more feminine/noticeable hips through exercise?
my hips are luckily wider than most guys and already look kinda feminine, but i wonder if it is possible to shape them further? i'm kinda hoping i have a good starting point since i naturally have wider hips, but i know there's more to it than that.
any thoughts? :)

After doing my exercise for a few years, I have a more rounded back side than I did before exercises. The exercises I do are mainly work the legs and gluteous maximus.
I ride a bicycle for 3 to 5 miles every day and sometimes longer. I do squats and side leg raises. Then I lean over and raise my leg backward and upward and then to the side. I do 10 repetitions and at least 3 sets of the leg exercises. Just do what you can to work the targeted muscles.
Also, I take the stairs when ever possible and practicable.

My friend Deellen says climbing stairs will do it. If you have a high school stadium nearby you can climb the seats or stairs. Let's just say Dee has a fine looking "hips"

Weighted squats is the best exercise for building your glutes.

thanks so far, everyone :)
i'm kinda scared my legs will get too bulky or muscular, i really don't want that. is that a "danger" or do you really have to overdo it to get that way?

Quote from: Finn199 on December 31, 2017, 08:54:11 AMWith HRT your legs can get large but they won't get bulky from exercise. Unless you lower your bodyfat level a lot they will retain a smooth appearance even when large. Also, growing your lower body some helps balance out a torso that may be larger than the average CIS female. It also helps your waist look smaller, especially if you add in some upper body work.

Having strong legs just makes everything easier too.
The biggest danger for those on HRT in getting bulky is simply getting fat thighs. That can happen pretty fast if you're not careful and can be countered with exercise.

One way to make your hips look rounder is to make your waist look smaller. A corset will accomplish this, but will take some time and a lot of dedication. This with leg lifts, step ups, stair climbing can give the illusion of more rounded hips.

Like its been mentioned work those legs i did body body building for a decade or so and had big legs ...i could see the muscles rippling as i walked , now that i am on hrt all that muscle though diminished in size somewhat has a layer of fat covering them and ive noticed weight gain on the inner thighs ive lowered my weight in upper body exercises but i still go heavy and hard on legs glutes etc
Being you i would train my legs heavy get them as big as you can and then hrt will take care of the rest

i see, interesting. thing is, i'm not even sure i want hormones, i'm still figuring things out. that's why i don't want to overdo it and get bulky. for now i'm fine working with what i have and seeing how far i can take it, maybe that's enough for me.

yeah, i think a corset is a little much. i've looked into certain exercises that apparently will shrink the waist, maybe they'll work. truth be told, i also have to lose more weight, that'll probably help too
