Spironolactone After the orchiectomy ! Have Reverse in the increase of hormone testosterone Rather than Block Producing hormone In the body? Or that there is no problem and can be keep going because it gives a soft skin and works on breast growth. Or the estradiol unit can do the work of spironolactone do and inhibit the production of testerone in the body And all Characteristics of femininity After the orchiectomy?

There is no need for spiro after an orchiectomy, none at all. The softer skin is due to the reduced T level caused by the spiro, not the spiro itself. In fact, it does nothing to feminise you apart from block T. Estrogen is sufficient after surgery.

Yes, the adrenals produce T.. And that's fine, you kinda need it. Zero testosterone is not the aim - and can have negative mental health issues.

Some like me even add some T post-op to help with skin, energy levels, libido, muscle mass as the adrenals produce very little T. I noticed my skin getting softer and more elastic (bouncy) after adding the T. :) Skin is also much less dry, heals better, is thicker and stronger.

Post-op transwomen and ciswomen who have their ovaries removed have typically less T than premenopausal (and even some post-menopausal) ciswomen who keep their ovaries.
