Well i am jus 20 n tried killin myself once.. My parents aren't supporting they told me they will disown me if i did again talk to be girl.. How i should go to a doc and which doc i should go to.. How i should pay him that much?

Shyra means brightness in Arabic so I assume and please correct me if I am wrong. You are dealing with cultural issues. Since I don't know where you live, I'm going to leave it up to you to investigate our wiki's and links. We do not speak of self medicating on Susans and for good reason. IT Is DANGEROUS. There are a some online therapists that interview via Skype. Also there are many support groups, unfortunately most are in major cities. Are you a student as many colleges have support groups on campus. The thing with support groups is that you have something in common and makes decision making easier.

Thankyou so much this seems more inspiring right now i really have got anyone by my side no friend no family nothing for jus being me what i am i lost everyone i had.. And i am from India Mumbai right now yea culture here is too strict.. Can you please provide any of online gender therapist links or anyone near by here in Mumbai (India) so i can sort out n once i started hrt and changes starts my family has to support coz there is no back way to come back.. Hope i should start it as soon as possible..

I don't know about Mumbai  but I know Los Angeles take about an hour and have to traverse on a good day I imagine Mumbai may be similar or worse. But I found this listing and hopefully it will be nearby.
