Title: Info on Dr Scott Harris, Dallas ???
Post by: SadGirl on February 09, 2018, 11:55:48 AM
Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone has seen Dr Scott Harris in Dallas, or heard of anyone going to him?  Especially FFS related issues.  The website looks nice with quite a bit available to folks of all ilks.  I met again with Dr Spiegel a few days ago and was left devastated by the meeting with him.  If I'm gonna live, I need to get the problems solved so I can have a normal life again.  So...I'm looking for someone who can do a corrective Mid face lift.

I had a consult with Alan Dulin, who works with Dr. Harris, for FFS.  He seems nice and quite competent without coming off as arrogant.  Everyone I've talked to who has met with Harris has nothing but similar praise for him.

All in all it's a nice place with a very professional staff minus the lady who does insurance and billing.  Ugh she's miserable.

There's always someone, eh. That's funny.   Good to hear that there is positive feedback out there.  I have spent a bit of time on realself reading reviews, but will search beyond that.

Thank you for your reply about your visit there.

Oh and if you do go there, I HIGHLY suggest planning time to go get lunch or dinner at Torchy's Tacos.  There's a location right down the road and it is AMAAAAAZING!

So it sounds like you ultimately decided to not go to Dulin?  If so, what were your reasons?

I don't have trouble passing and rounding up letters has taken longer than expected.  I may still get a couple of things that bother me (and no cis people seem to notice) done since insurance will cover it for me.

I have a very weak brow ridge and extremely weak temporal ridges, though my orbits are a little heavy.  I want those knocked back and maybe a lip lift.

I just got my preauth in the mail from insurance so I'm going to try and schedule this a week or so before SRS this summer and get it all knocked out in one fell swoop.
