Hey everyone,
I'm Stella a 25-year-old MTF from the Netherlands.
Currently 9 months on HRT and looking into the surgical options.
Lurking on the forum for a while now, mostly doing some research about the different GRS/SRS procedures and surgeons.

Hello Stella, welcome to Susan's!
Really great to see you here - and now you're all unlurked! Feels nice doesn't it. You're 3 months ahead of me on HRT.
I am MtF from Seattle USA. I've visited Amsterdam a few times, it's one of my favorite places. I really like the architecture, culture, and most of all the people.
I had GRS/SRS in mid-January. While I was deciding I found it very helpful to directly interact with Susan's members who had posted their surgery experiences.
See you around!
Kendra

Hi Stella. Nice meeting you here.
I am from the Netherlands myself but I live in the USA since 1988. I started my transitioning in 2015 after watching "Hij is een Zij" on TV. (internet TV, uitzendinggemist.nl)
To be clear for the English speaking followers, "Hij is een Zij" is a Dutch TV show where they follow a few transgenders during their transitioning. This TV show helped me in coming out and starting my own transitioning.
I consider my transitioning close to complete, although... are we ever? I am 4 months post-op and did a lot of research on different surgical options. Feel free to ask me anything if you wish, being a Dutch citizen, I had to go trough some Dutch red tape, in order to get my new birth certificate and legal name changes etc.
Groetjes, Erin
