Title: Anti-Androgens pills
Post by: jeti on March 05, 2018, 10:18:07 PM
Hi,
I'm kind of new to the TS world, I'm trying to undergo HRT but all clinics refused to help me... It seems it's gonna take forever to meet a doctor who is qualified to prescribe HRT. So I wonder if the pills(Ultra-Fem Plus Pills) sold from crossdresser.com works.

Thanks in advance!

@ jeti:  My personal opinion from hearing the experiences of others is that the non-prescription so called feminizing pills can be very much less effective than Doctor supervised prescription HRT meds.  Like most products some folks claim that they work and others claim that they don't work.  Obviously sellers and their customers can claim anything that they want.  Buyer beware, and for your own health safety, see your Doctor to get Doctor supervised HRT...  doctor ordered blood tests will help your doctor chart the best course of safe HRT specifically for your body.

Hi Jeti 🙋‍♀️ Welcome to Susan's Place!  I'm Jessica.
I'm sorry your having trouble finding a doctors care.  Are there any transgender support groups in your area that may be able to help with that?

I see your new here, so I'll post some links that may help you get better acquainted with the site.

Hello Jeti and WELCOME to Susan's Place.  You will find this a safe and friendly place to share with others about your transition and to read about and learn from others regarding their transitions and their trials, tribulations, and successes in their transition journey.  You might even find that you will make some new friends here.  Please come in and get involved at your own pace.
Again, Welcome.

*** IMPORTANT:  Per your very first posting on this thread and my very first reply to you, please plan safe transitioning with HRT, for your health safety please plan to see a Doctor for doctor supervised HRT along with doctor ordered blood tests that will allow your doctor to prescribe a specific HRT regimen for your body.
Please play it safe, you only have one body issued to you.

Actually I think the same way, I will keep trying looking for doctors. What I feel is that even the doctor is qualified, they simply close the door when they heard "transgender".  :embarrassed:

I found one group online and tried to contact them but no reply yet. It's a little difficult for me since I came from the other side of the world.

Jeti,

If you could give a little more geographical information on where you are I'm sure someone can suggest somewhere you could get some Doctor Supervised help.
What Country or City are you in ?

There are people here from all over the world on this site helping each other

Best wishes

Paige

Hi Jeti,
I had the same problem too before going on hrt. Now I'm on it for 3weeks, try to look for a mental health professional to get a recommendation letter first. Most lgbt professional have contacts with hrt doctors that are known in your community.
