Title: A week living in female clothes...mostly

So it's now a full week wearing only female gear, work gear is unisex so can't count that.
I'm not wearing bright pink tops with unicorns on or anything, just female jeans and some simple but cute tops, some basic jewellery and wearing some rose smelling perfume which I adore! :)
Have I had any stick? Nope. Had a few stares sure but I don't care if people want to stare as long as they don't want to beat me up.
Makeup is slowly improving and taking way less time to apply too.
Now I need to lose this big old beer belly and eventually get the courage to get my hair styled in a female style as it's now shoulder length.
I'm finding myself much happier but also much more frustrated with life in general.

I started wear female cloths part time in January and still had my beard and mustache and got no comments. February I went to wearing daily and in March I shaved and got a wig and have been full time. People I know actually are fine with the changes as they now know my direction in life. Before people just assumed I had gyno and that explained the bra and chest growth.
As soon as I went full time my life finally felt perfect and I'm happier than ever before. I can go out and not care what anyone thinks.
Best wishes with your journey.

@ Katie: I am so happy for you and very happy to hear your story. Being what you are meant and living your life as it is meant to be..... and bravely dressing accordingly is very satisfying to say the least. Now that you have been dressing in female clothes for a week I know that it will be as tough as nails for you to go back to male clothes, if you ever do. Kudos to you.
I have been living full-time as a female for almost a year and a half, I am business owner and I have lots of new friends, male and female... and I even belong to a group of cis-women that go to the gym regularly. I have NOT worn male clothes, not even boyfriend jeans or male looking t-shirts or other male clothes since I went full-time. In fact I have NO males clothes, shoes or anything else male left... I had given it all to Goodwill. It is a wonderful feeling to finally be me
.
I trust that your journey continues successfully and please keep us updated.
Best wishes,
Danielle

Danielle
I have no male trousers at all excluding work trousers and I have to retain a few male tops for family purposes but other than that, no going back.
Male clothes are awful anyway haha

Male cloths feel so rough and uncomfortable now. It's amazing the difference I can feel between my female cloths and my old male wear.

That's awesome.
Take notes of what the women around you are wearing and replicate that look. Maybe a little bit more feminine or dressy but if you want to blend in be appropriate.

Katie
I know the feeling. On the one hand making progess and I glad to hear yours is being maintained.
However frustrated in general presumably at being so far from "the end of the course". I sympathise entirely. All I can advise is try to be patient if you can and always remember and be grateful that you have already achieved so much. The latter should make the waiting easier to bear.

I can't wait!!!
I'm rarely going to be in pants, lol. Its skirts and hose 90% of the time.
I've developed a fondness for mid thigh skirts and dresses.
Materials for women are so much better!!!
I've fallen in love with chiffon.

Congratulations Katie, I've been wearing skirts nearly every day for 8 months now. I don't care that that makes me so anomaly among women, I like the look. Nothing fancy (fancy = $$), I like basic black, add tights in cold weather.
I mastered simple makeup years ago but rarely bother except lipstick and that's only maybe a day / week.

I always feel more like a girl when my wife puts me into all girl gear for an extended time. Usually she has me 60/40 m/f. but has had me in girl mode for a solid month before.
What fun!

I'm in a major London railway station and it's busy as heck.
Super skinny jeans that show my (or course) pink socks and a dress tucked into make a top.
I've had a few looks and I and my nervous as hell despite no makeup but I've got to gain the courage to do this WITH makeup.

Probably mentioned this before but I'm old and forget things, lol. I have been wearing women's jeans continuously since December and undies. I have to pay more attention to the undies I buy because some fit really well while others tend to sag down off my butt and into the pants which can be soooooooooooooooo aggravating. 50/50 of the time in a bra depending on how the twins are acting.
Other than that progressing slowly.

Davina: As the seasons turn to warmer weather it will be very enjoyable for you. While female clothes in the winter time are fun...colorful and neat hats, coats, leggings, skinny jeans, fun boots, fuzzy gloves and scarves, it is the summer time that brings out the really female looking clothing... shorts, tanks, tees, strappy sandals, etc. .... and of course... swimwear :o ;)
Then of course it it really fun going out on more formal and dressy occasions... I now have a little black dress and a few other dressy dresses other quite dressy and certainly female clothing and accessories... no way to wear those kinds of things without being confident and then one will be looking very feminine.
So many more terrific clothing choices, colors, etc being a female!!!!

I definitely can do that now. But its more of a hairless chest, wide areolae and big nipples that have me wearing a top at the pool, but only when friends are over. Or at the beach.

Awesome Katie! Like others have said, as you do it more it will be more and more difficult to go back. I wear a dress or scrubs most every day for work. When it's cooler out I add in tights if I'm wearing a dress but otherwise, I can go bare legged at my current organization. I used to tell my wife that I couldn't wait to get home and put on my heels...and bra and dress. LOL I found that once I began to wear the right cloths full time, I couldn't wait till I got home and could kick off the heels and get into my grubbbbies.
(p.s. I wear dresses of all lengths mostly because I've found a few styles that seem to really complement my shape and help with perception. I have yet to find a skirt that didn't look awful on me and cause my wife to burst out laughing. And pants outside of jeans just don't get it for me either. I do have some "business pant suits" that somewhat work, but only with the jacket on.)

Have to agree as well. I'm too perky( my wife's words) to hold a pencil but there is no way I'm going without the girls covered properly. Especially with the nipples and areoles so prominent.
