Title: As I transition

As I wait patiently for my real breasts to appear I'm wearing fake breast forms. Is there any health concerns about doing this besides the sweat and washing them daily? I don't feel like I'm cheating I just want to feel normal until I look more like myself.

Nope, there's no issue with using them even after you start hormones.

If breast forms help to relieve your dysphoria, then go for it.
Many girls wear some padding in places where they would like to be a bit larger. It is just a part of growing up.
