You might try some gentle cleaning with a cotton swab.  I'm one month post op also, and had some white stuff like that form a few weeks ago.  Mine wasn't on the clit though and it cleaned right up.

If in doubt, send a pic to your doctor's office.

Every GCS surgeon provides their own recovery instructions you should follow, so you should follow yours not mine - but my GCS surgeon's instructions allowed for a regular bath in a bathtub starting one month after surgery.  If you can soak in a bath at this point that might help.  And lemme tell ya, that first bath felt really good.

When you get a chance, would be great if you can introduce yourself in the Introductions Forum (https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/board,8.0.html).

Welcome!

Kendra

I am about 4 months post-op.

I also had this issue shortly after my surgery. I found out during my six-week follow-up that it was minor clitoral necrosis. That sounds scary, but it was no big deal. I was told that minor necrosis is so common that the surgeons purposefully leave a bit of extra tissue just in case. During the appointment, they clipped off the necrotic tissue with surgical scissors. It pinched, but it wasn't too bad.

My clitoral area was extra sensitive for a few days, but it really turned out to be no big deal. Things look fine, I have good sensation, and I regularly orgasm.

Still good to discuss with you doctor, but I wouldn't worry too much.

Thank you girls I went too see my doctor today I got mine done at Kamol with doctor
Kamol he wasn't there so I had another doctor too check it out he suppose to be
His right hand doc or something but he said is dead tissue is not necrosis as necrosis is
Not white in color he said. So he got rid of some but he said the rest should go away as I heal.
He said that I'm 4weeks pos op is normal it should go away as it heals so we shall see
I m flying back too the state in about a day so I guess I'll just have my doc at home check it out
I guess I should worry since he wasn't concern

TY Kendra for the sane post here. And yes, please give us an intro Jazzygirl and great news from your doctor. Your medical professional should ALWAYS be the first go to with questions, but you knew that ;)
Good luck to you and congrats on the surgery.
