A topic covered (many times) before, but maybe with a twist...
When it comes to sexual and physical pleasure, can the neo vagina be a genuine and substantial source of pleasure and one different to the neoclitorous, or for post-op transwomen is the clitorous still the central source of pleasure? X

The clitoris has always been and is still the center for pleasure. There is some pleasant feelings around the labia, but once you are in the vagina about an inch or two, there is very little feeling other than a sense of fullness. This fullness is extremely gender confirming and just plain good old fashion FUN!

Dani, thank you. I've read similar from Cis women, I just wanted to know if could expect the same from GRS [emoji4]. X

I was surprised that penetration really was a big part of getting to orgasm. I always assumed it wold be all about the Clit, and at first it was, but then I found that both together brought the best and quickest orgasm. . . I too, gave some consideration to cosmetic vs vaginal construction. I'm very glad I went with the full GRS. Somehow having a functional vagina really impacts my psyche and sense of self as a woman. . . who knew??

As my friends Carol and Robert put it, there's a lot more to sensation than skin nerve endings and one of the senses they talk about beyond the traditional 5 is pressure. And this is a source of some confusion between myself and my lover, penetration has always been the main event for her, and I find it frustrating that we can't start foreplay without her asking who's going to wear the strapon :-).
So while, for sure my clitoris and mons are the main event, both anal and vaginal penetration are a huge and emotionally satisfying part.
As I've written before, my biggest healing challenges were all about labia and clitoris, my vaginal canal was pain free within a couple of weeks while I was 2-3 monhs getting to comfortable in my external vulva.
