Hello Everyone,
It's Cute Ida again. My previous account email was deleted by yahoo so I lost my login ability for my old Susan's account. I finally got around to making a new account. My new one is Cute-Ida-83. My old posts should still be on Susan's forum if anyone wants to take a look at them.
Introduction/re-introduction/update:
I'm a 35 years old male to female transwoman. I've had a full time job for the past 4.5 years. I've been transitioning for the last 7.5 years. Been on HRT for 6.5 years. Eventually I plan to have the gender reassignment surgery. I've had a lot of setbacks and financial setbacks since I've started my transition. My siblings, 4.5 year old niece, friends, therapists and coworkers/employer support me. My parents on the other hand are the only people who have issue with me being trans. My mom has made an effort but has only come around 40 percent while my dad hasn't come around at all. To make matters worse neither of my parents will use my preferred name or pronoun. It's really frustrating that even almost 8 years into my transition they still refuse to do so.
I've been dealing with depression off and on for the past 21 years. It's gotten better and I deal with things better than I have in the past. About 2 years ago I converted from being a non-practicing christian to a Pagan. Paganism is a much better fit for me. I have always been a very spiritual person. It's funny cause my parents have a bigger issue with me being trans than me being pagan. You would think it was the other way around cause my parents are catholic.
My dating life is just as bad as before I even transitioned. I identify as a bisexual lesbian. Most lesbians and women hardly ever give me a chance cause I'm trans. The few that have dated me broke up with me after a certain number of dates. I'm taking a small break from dating currently. I pass very well for a 35 year old mtf transwoman. It helps that I look 25 instead of 35. LOL! I hope I can become a part of this community again like I have in the past. I look forward to getting to know people on here again.
