Title: Had my first laser hair removal session two weeks ago...
Post by: naa on April 22, 2018, 11:42:01 AM
Two weeks ago, I had my first ever laser hair removal session on my face, and honestly, I'm not sure I can see any difference.  I know it takes many sessions to totally remove facial hair, but shouldn't I have seen at least a tiny change after just one?

What are other peoples experiences?

i saw virtually no results the first session.  I had maybe a tiny bit of hair loss the second session.

My laser sessions have increased in strength each time.  After five sessions they are making a very noticeable difference.  The first couple of sessions were probably on a setting too low to do much.

Yeah, I think it varies depending on your hair, skin, the laser and the person doing it.  A lot of variables are involved.

It's just one of many things you have to be patient about, in my opinion.  I have my third session tomorrow, and have started to see some results.

Honestly, I didn't notice very much until after 6 sessions.  Even then, it isn't much.  I've done both laser (a lot) and electrolysis (10+).  Don't have to shave much, but I still shave and I'm still doing the electrolysis.

Laser doesn't permanently kill the hair until after a lot of session.  It is worth it!!

Good luck,
