Title: Top Surgery Double Incision Recovery Time?

I have some more questions regarding top surgery (I'll be having double incision).

Would it be possible to use hair gel and wash it out...after about a week post-op? Can I also shower a week post-op?

Would it be possible to walk over to my local store to buy a pint of milk and sandwich?

I will be getting food delivered would the delivery guy leave it all for me to take out of they tray or just hand me the bags (I've never had food delivered)?

Is it possible to make yourself a cup of tea?

Is it possible to reach worktops (I'm just about 4 foot so quite short)?

What are some good ideas about what to eat? As I'm thinking I may just walk to my local food stores and buy sandwiches?

Finally, as I work with doctors I need a good excuse for surgery....what surgery can I say I've had? Something realistic...I have sciaptica....?

Yeah, you're not going to be disabled or anything, you can do all of those things. The exception would be reaching up for stuff from high shelves (don't) and don't get the dressings/wounds wet in a shower/bath. I.e wash yourself in halves, bottom half in a shower or something and above/around the dressings with minimal water (I used alcohol wipes for the first few days)
