Title: Questioning FtM
Post by: LaurenceRussell on May 15, 2018, 07:10:58 AM

I was born female but never accepted that I was a woman. From age four on, I resisted it--fighting about clothing, crying over having the "wrong" parts, trying to play the boys' roles in school plays. Puberty was a nightmare. I'm 31 now. Not sure if I'm going to transition. Not sure even what it means that I feel "like a man" inside, but I do. And I'm a pretty sad, bitter man at that. So. Here I am. Thank you so much for being here.

Hi LaurenceRussell! Welcome to Susan's Place, I'm Jessica.
Being sad and bitter can be a drag on life. @Alaskan Danielle has greeted you to a place where we can find out more about ourselves. You made a big step joining and posting. There could be steps that you may find from other members that give you a better understanding of the direction you need to go in.
I'm happy your here, Jess

Thank you all so much for the warm welcome.
Welcome LaurenceRussell.
I'm 40. It is never too late to transition. Just take your time, time will tell if you need to transision or not.
I would suggest you find yourself a gender therapist that can help you explore these feelings.
Anyways. Welcome. :)
