Title: Breast growth and exercise

Hi girls 🙋♀️ Some of you may know that I have been running with a group of women for awhile now. During our training runs I have noticed when I do a sprint for a minute or so, after I slow up my breasts are on fire. I have to hold them close till they settle down. Burning itch is how it feels.
I personally think it may be a sign of energized growth. I have been blessed with my mothers boob genes and I do realize ymmv is real. But have any other girls noticed this happening to them? As a reference, I'm in my 13th month of hrt.
Hugs and smiles, Jessica

@Jessica
Please clarify if you would.... even with a firm sports bra is this happening???
I am a full C-cup and when I run and especially jog I always wear my firmest sports bra. At the gym, hiking, etc, I can get away with a more comfortable medium or low support sports bra.
When you say "burning itch" that is exactly the feeling I had when they were still growing at about 6 - 9 months of HRT.

@Jessica,
Dear Jess, Since you are at the ONE YEAR point in your HRT perhaps that uncomfortable feeling will finally subside.
One can hope!!!

@Alaskan Danielle
Danielle, it is that same burning itch that is the sign of something good.
When I run, the girls need to be secured firmly with a sports bra!
The thought just occurred to me that this is a growth spurt, happening right now.
I get the blood flowing when running and awake they are!
Hugs while scratching, Jess

I don't go running any more, and dog walking isn't energetic enough to simulate that effect.
However, I do get that feeling if I trot down stairs without a bra. I used to always trot down stairs, but I had to learn to glide, or the girls would complain. I also get that feeling when I re-orient myself, such as getting up out of bed. As soon as I go from horizontal to vertical, they complain.
I take it as a good sign that there is still something happening there.

I am about three and half years in to HRT and earlier this spring, while running with a training group, I never had that feeling. Mind you, only small growth for me. I am considering a BA for proportion and moderate size. I would be very happy with a full C! I had to stop running as I injured my calf. Running has always been my exercise of choice but my calf always acts up - even with physio. I injured it, tore a muscle, while training for my Boston qualifying time. I was in the best shape I had ever been in and running was right on track ( 3:28). Hopefully you 'buzz' is a positive thing for growth!
Keep on Running!

@KathyLauren
Interesting, I have a different angle on that.... when I have a spiro moment at 2am, just sitting up quietly, then when I lean forward to stand up, mine light up.

I go running, biking, skating, the list goes on quite often. I had the exact same thing at first. Now I just ( 16 months in ) get fire engine red boobs and my face turns big red , red. xD
Exercise is excellent for hrt because it gets the blood flowing to all parts of the body, and in turn distributes the hormones more evenly and thouroughly. ( sp , sorry, german here ) However, a good diet is important too, not enough food, no growth.
