Anyone know anything about them? According to their website, they do all the surgeries there. I can't say I've seen anyone mention them here though.
I have not contacted them yet but right off the bat they would be my front runner as its close to home and also appears to be in my insurance network and barring a lottery win, insurance coverage is my only hope of getting surgery.
Dr Katherine Gast is listed as doing vaginoplasty there.

I know Jennifer Finney Boylan has her surgery in Wisconsin, but that surgeon is probably dead now. Maybe this group took over his practice.

He was in Neenah, which would have been better as its practically my backyard.
Of course I had to look him up when I found out Jenny had her surgery so close to home. I think he's still alive and if Google was accurate, practicing last year. He had quit doing GCS surgery a few years ago though. No one took over in Neenah or I'd be looking at them.

Pushing this back to the top of the heap.
Saw my doctor yesterday and asked about surgeons. She mentioned the clinic at Madison and said she has met Dr. Gast.
So still wondering if anyone has been there. Not much info on their website.

Dr. Gast is fairly new and so the clinic. I don't know her history; it should be on the website.

New was the impression I got from the website. Not much there other than videos of the doctors talking about services.
its closest thing to me and Dr Gast is listed as an in network provider by my insurance so they'll be first I check out.

I have a few friends in Madison who are transitioning right now, and so I'm interested in learning more for them. I'm not sure if they know of this place yet. I'll have to ask some time.

Pushing this back up to the top just in case anyone might have some information.
I probably should just call them, pretty sure it's my best chance of insurance coverage.
