:)to say the least I am nervous about taking this next step. Seems like no turning back now

Congratulations. Your fear is real, but you can stop at anytime. I'm currently on my 4th week of Spiro. Haven't noticed much at all yet.

In my opinion nervousness is quite normal... but please know that the reason that we see knowledgeable counselors, therapists and doctors before we start our HRT transition is to explore all of the emotions, feelings and the future path leading to results that will be a result of any HRT regimen.
If you are very, very nervous and wondering if this path is one that you want to take, I would suggest another session or two of meeting with your therapist to iron out any misgivings you may have before they become after the fact misgivings.
