I've been on HRT for 7 months now, after 2 months of increasing the dose(which was 2 months ago) I had started to get complications. Issues such as prediabetes, increased urination, pain when urinating, urinary urgency, I had an unexplained acute kidney injury for 2 months(just got better), fatigue, very bad depression and anxiety, I don't have celiac disease but whenever I eat gluten I get stomach issues and severe chest pains, and I have lost 10 pounds in a few weeks. I've seen several doctors and they said my issues were caused by my kidneys then I go to a nephrologist and he said my issues have nothing to do with my kidneys and they're fine(minus chronic kidney disease from medications I was prescribed years ago). My T is at 79 and E is at 92.5. Those are the US measurements. I'm also 23 years old. Has anyone had issues like this while starting hormones? I'm possibly thinking my issues could be caused by the hormones not being in the right place because all the doctors say I'm healthy and have no idea whats wrong. Any feedback would be helpful, thank you.

If you're seeing a regular doctor I'd try to find endo who has trans experience.

Is your doctor an endocrinologist?

What I have is a good deal of guess work. The prediabetes might be the results of estradiol. Without knowing more about you, the possible solutions are to remove as much refined sugar from you diet as possible and if your overweight, put you weight back in the normal range. Just losing 20 or 30 pounds can greatly affect the way your body handles sugar.
The some of the remainder of the symptoms could be the result of Spiro if you on it. Make sure you drink plenty of water, eat enough salt and avoid potassium. Spiro has a rather long list of side effects so you might want to review them and if your symptoms match the side effect list, bring it up with your doctor.
