I plan on getting top surgery, removing my uterus, ovaries, all that disgusting female reproductive system, vaginectomy, meta, scrotoplasty, and urethral lengthening.
How much is a vaginectomy + hysterectomy alone?
I heard top surgery can be covered by insurance but what about the rest?

Bottom surgery typically is covered by insurance, unless you're in a state that allows employers/insurance companies to black-list transgender surgeries. When it is covered, they have a lot of hoops you have to jump through, including letters from psych professionals stating the surgery is medically necessary, and a lot of other "yes this person really is trans and is ready for this surgery" assurances.
Facial feminization/masculinzation surgery, vocal surgeries, and similar surgeries are typically denied.

The price seems to vary depending on where you get it done. I'm currently looking at the same suite of surgeries in Thailand which seems to have the best price competitive surgery / accomodation packages
