Hi I'm Michelle  sort of new I was on here on and off.

I'm 29 I came ou t last fall and I've been transitioning since
January 2018 I've been full time since march I think it just gradually happened with
Over a few month period..
I'm from Vancouver Island BC
My transition has been fairly smooth but for sure had
Had some drama added In.
I'm currently planning on starting college in January at
A healthcare assistant and looking for a part time job.

To answer your specific questions:
     *To be able to put up an Avatar picture on your profile you will need
      15 quality posts, (not brief and not only one or two sentences)

     *To change your displayed gender on your Forums Profile, click the
       "Profile" button and then drop down to "Forums Profile" ... you
       can then select your displayed gender there.

Please take a look at the LINKS that our lovely member @V M included at the bottom of her Welcome Message on this thread.  Look especially at the LINKS in RED.   Lots of useful information there that will allow you to best utilize the features here on the forums.
