Hey All...

I hope all is well... same old Ashley you knew as tgirlamc but now I am tgirlamg!!!... amc were my maiden initials until I married my wonderful husband two plus years ago...

For those of you who don't know me ( so many new faces keep coming! ) it's nice to meet you!!!

I try to help newcomers to the process of transition see that their choices can lead to amazing things and all challenges can be navigated... Our lives are what we make them to be and I want yours to be amazing!!! Say howdy anytime!...

Ashley HI!! I follow a lot of your postings. Why not request an account name change? Why a new account? Related to 'fresh start'? Us old folks will get confused.

Hi Ashley,
Nice to meet you. I just got here a few days ago.
I was on a different site and it was not that great.
But Susan's Place
is superb. I have been hiding this from my wife for 16 yrs. Came out on my BIrthday. Great present for me,
  But she had already had the feeling I was Transgender.

When I saw a new member come up on the feed, I was getting ready to reply to your post with my Official Welcome message but I quickly realized that I really didn't want to burden you with all that Welcome Message stuff that you are very familiar with already.   

I saw that your old account was being deleted and I was wondering why...
but now I know.
Thanks for reappearing and coming back with a new start.

Anjanette!... it is so nice to meet you sister!... I love your name!!!! I had been posting on another site years ago but, the amount of negativity there was a bit much to overcome... even for an optimist like me!... You will find many sisters here that have held marriages together after the big reveal and seen them redefined in beautiful new and workable ways... Congrats on finding the courage to "pull the rabbit out of the hat" after so long...  You have amazing discoveries ahead!... Live Life... Love Life... because now... it will be one that truly reflects you!,, 😀🙋‍♀️🌻

Hi Ash!  I saw this post and thought whaaaat?  It's always nice to see you on the forums.  You are one of my oldest friends on Susan's Place.  When I first became a Greeter, you often would alert me to a "clean up on aisle 3" when you found a unwelcomed new member.  I'm looking forward to see you at your next speaking engagement.

Hey Sis!... Yup, I'm afraid you will have to put up with more of my shenanigans around here!!! 😀👍... Thanks to Susan and Cindy, a merge with my old account is in the works!...

I spoke at the university yesterday and had a class to myself for 90 minutes... I got to hit them with all my favorite stuff... The journey of life... hope... fear... the power of decisions... philosophy... psychology... sociology... spirituality... quantum physics and oh yeah!!! Even a little LGBT stuff!!!... I will keep you posted for the next one...

Thanks for coming back...still lots of new transitioners on this site (like myself!) that can use your help. A few years from now, I'd love to be like yourself, fully transitioned and in a loving relationship with a man. Look forward to any advice you can give.

Hi Sarah!!!

Thanks for the kind words little sister!!! I am honored to help in any ways that I can... when faced with all the challenges of transition... it is easy to become lost in the details and I like to serve as a reminder that making our lives into what we need them to be is, in itself, a glorious thing.

In hindsight, from a bit further down the path... it is, at it's core, a spiritual quest... when we have hidden who we truly are for a lifetime... how can we feel that anyone... even those we are closest to... truly Love us? ... They don't know us yet!... transition is an attempt to place ourselves at a place in our lives where we can truly give and receive Love... a spiritual quest of the highest order in my book..

Transition is a movement towards what is true and that is always the correct direction... Please let me know if I can ever be of help to you as you navigate the challenges little sister!!!... Amazing and unexpected discoveries await you!!!

For those of you reading this thread Ashley was my original transgender mentor.  She is such a wonderful woman.  When I was first beginning my transition she gave me so much support.

Ashley is very positive and supportive, some members may think that everything has always been roses for her but I know some of the difficult challenges she faced and overcame.  Her perspective and wisdom was hard won.

There are many people that I owe to pay it forward to that helped me in those early days and Ashley is at the top of the list.

Congrats on the new name, Ashley. I'm new to Susan's and transitioning for that matter. I thought I'd say Hi!  I can recall when I took on my female name back in my 20's. It took awhile to feel like "me" but now after all these years, it feels more "me" than my birth name.  It's funny how these thing affect our inner self.
