Title: Do you prefer to wear female clothes that are more loose or more snug?

For everyday clothes, not for special events, do you prefer to wear clothing that fits more loosely, such as an oversized sweater, or do you prefer to wear tighter fitting clothing, such as yoga pants and skinny jeans?

Generally, snug looks much better on me, both tops and pants. However, I prefer flared skirts and dress bottoms. The flare really helps give the illusion of a waist because I have narrow hips and am long-waisted.

Pants I like skinny, because I have good looking legs (so people say). Tops can be a little wider, because my upper torso has not the shape that I would like to have.

Snug fits well on me usually. Only really baggy clothes I have are my hoodies for lounging around the house

Snug and form-fitting whenever possible. I have always had hips and a well-defined waist. In my case, making my shape readily apparent helps make it more obvious that I am a woman. I hate having to wear heavy coats in winter because they hide so much, although I had no gendering issues wearing a parka on a shopping trip in downtown Denver yesterday.

Do you have a packable down jacket for winter? I bought two. I have a Calvin Klein long one and a shorter Michael Kors one. They're light weight and super warm still. They hug me a little more than a traditional heavy coat so they show off my figure a little

Unfortunately I don't have a packable down jacket. I have fairly long arms (used to wear 15 1/2 x 34 shirts). Just about everything I try on has sleeves about 2 - 3 inches too short. I feel lucky to have found a parka with long enough sleeves. I will check them out though, maybe I can find some with really long sleeves. Thanks!

It would be nice if a company would cater to Trans women and the struggles some of us have with fitting clothes! I hope you can find something! TJ maxx has been a lifesaver for coats lol

Coats or jackets with a inner or outer drawstring to draw in the waist, or a belt, can accentuate the figure.

I've been altering my clothes to fit snugly. I can now turn a men's T shirt into a fitted women's shirt! And resew the shoulders if I necessary.

Snug and close fitting, is my preference for the waist down. Skinny jeans rule.
For the top, I like both. I always feel more feminine if my top is snug, but I still like wearing a loose flowing blouse.

Skinny jeans are my go to! I love the way my legs and butt look in them, and they make me feel confident. I feel baggier clothes don't do enough to show my "curves". I don't really wear dresses or skirts, but enjoy well fitting shirts.

I like skinny jeans/leggings, because I have darn good looking legs, the top needs to be a little wider because I still have that muffin top look, and am rather big chested (rib cage, not boobs). Once I lost the 20 lbs I ope I will loose, I can go with tighter stuff (I hope)

Looks cozy Kofer (and Welcome!) can't beat the color choices and price! For women's wear I really like Duluth Trading although very expensive. Their Fleece Jackets and "dry-on-the-fly" slacks are super warm, lightweight and make cross-femme dressing easy, been trying to stay away from denim and blue-jeans their cotton button-down shirts are great, flared at the hips@

Because of the fact that my body seems to be shaped in a way which allows me to wear clothing that is readily available in stores, I just buy stuff that is on sale. This way I can try it on and see how I like it/it looks on me. Mail Order clothing is way to big of a hussle, if one does not like what one got and needs to return it.

I like looser clothing as compared to tighter, as this seems to be more comfortable.
The "package" might cause issues if I did not tuck or if I wore really tight clothes down there.

Tight clothing just feels nice. Always seem odd to me that standard comfy loungewear and pyjamas as so loose, when I'd want the opposite (given that no-one can see me then anyway).
I'm still presenting male. I deliberately wore clothes that masked my body, because I was ashamed of it (for me, slim jeans still look baggy!). In just the past few weeks, I've discovered skinny jeans, slim fit t-shirts and cotton roll-necks (as an underlayer). These don't change what's underneath, but it's like discovering clothes that fit for the first time. Definitely going to add more along these lines.
Has the side benefit of shifting a little more unisex, and roll-neck jumpers might be a fairly easy intro to buying women's clothing.

I prefer tighter fitting but there's no doubt some of my things are too tight. I have some tops where my nips show even through a camisole and the top. Can't say I care for that.

I wore some stretch jeans all day today, tighter clothing than what I usually wear for sure.
I liked the look and feel actually, except for the pressure in the front crotch when I sat down rather than standing or walking. But I think I will go back to my looser clothes.
The male stuff down there was pressured and well, it looked like a bulge. That was uncomfortable. My guy stuff is definitely in the way. Ugh and ugly! With looser pants or shorts, or when wearing a skirt or skort, that guy stuff down there is much harder to notice, although I know it is there.
I did like the look as I have some more roundness now in the thighs, without any weight gain. :)
Maybe if I had curves, and no male stuff there, I would wear pants like this more often. Plus everything must go into my purse with this look and snugness. Maybe my telephone can be in a pocket sometimes. :)

I usually look for something in-between. High waisted flowy skirt, office type blouse with some kind of collar thing going on to draw attention from my shoulders. Cardigan. Maybe just a dress. Or a tank / cami and a skirt. I don't really like pants for some reason.

I'm still finding my style, but after I got home from work today, I put a new top on (I'm not sure what style to call it since it's a casual round neck that's not peplum but has an A-line to it with ruffles at the bottom. I took a selfie of myself in it and—-wow! It surprised me a lot because I didn't see the male me in the person staring back at me. I've seen glimpses of the female me poking through (I was looking at a few pictures from a few weeks ago, but I still had a little male harshness to my face, but today even my face had that feminine softness) but today the top, scrunchie and little bit of purplish-black eyeshadow I had on just brought out the female me.

Currently I wear Jeans and T-shirt. I'm not out to anyone yet. But I must say womans T-shirts definitely are more form fitting and I do like this. I get a size a bit bigger as not to be to snug. Just knowing that I am wearing womans jeans and T-shirts is good for me. You would not really notice as I choose styles much as I used to wear. But I am very comfortable in them. I have always been fond of jeansas it is. I am looking forward to when I can change my style though. With summer coming it my be challenge with shorts.

I am the same way! I like the snugger fit as they just seem to fit better and are more comfortable. In winter, my clothes are more baggy just because I wear multiple layers for warmth. I live in the most dangerous state for LGBTQ safety (ranked 50 out of 50 - Yes, worse than Texas or Florida!), so lately, I have stuck with the bagginess for now. I am hoping that will change when I move, and I can start to relax again.

Yeah I saw that this afternoon, since I took off my bra when I got home from work and yet through my shirt I still saw the roundness of my breasts and nipples.

I noticed that my pants that I will wear today are hugging my rear a tad bit more.
They are showing a little bit of roundness but that is all I have anyway!
I am glad I have a purse to keep my wallet in, as I like the look of my smooth rear not being blocked by a pocket with a wallet in it. Did I gain weight down there or did I dry these pants with too much heat? Or could it be my butt grew just a tad? I just do not know.
I wonder if anyone else will notice today. Strange as it may sound, I sort of want that to be noticed.
What has got into me? I am really quite a modest woman.

Nobody said anything yesterday that they noticed but I did not expect anyone to say anything. I noticed and that is enough. Today I am back to pants that have a bit more room back there. As the pants as larger, they have more material, so at least to my eyes, they make my hips look wider.
It is a more casual day so I wore what I call one of my more curvy jeans and a red top.
