Legg made the claim of unfair dismissal, using a law created to protect LGBT people from discrimination in the workplace, a law called Employment Equality Regulations 2003.

This (reverse discrimination) should not happen either.
It seems that here is a potential straight ally to the LGBT community who was verbally attacked ("Breeder!!") and otherwise discriminated against by the Gs and Ls who worked at and patronized the club. Why? Because she wasn't a G or L? Because of her convenient proximity? Why?
I see this just as much a part of the problem. How can we fight the fire when we're contributing to feeding the flames? And that 'we' means everybody -- straight and gay and lesbian and transgender and bi and queer/questioning...
